Not sure where to put it might be helpful

Hi guys I mentioned before that I used a moodchart to help. When i cleaned out my binder i had lost my copies but just found them! and I wanted to post this for everyone. This is a simple mood chart that I have found and think it could help.

Yes it is a PDF link so u can print as many copies as you like. The 2nd page tells you how to use. I like using it because i can record how many hours of sleep I've had that night. I will be starting to use the chart again in Jan. It was part of my recovery from my depression. But as I started to accept change in my schedule. I started not using it. If I find anything else I can post it here. If there is something you want me to find I can do that to! ? Thanks guys for helping me out.
