ok so after talking to the couple from my church and agreeing to try and not cut for four days i have made it 2 days so far its really hard wen i feel like i need to cut usually i just do it before the anxiety hits well now that im fighting the urges my anxiety level on a scale of 1-10 has not went below an 8 usually its at a 10 and i feel like i have to cut like i cant fight it anymore......i just hope i can get past this soon!!

After a while it well. Trying looking up ways to relax that may help also praying helps.

James 4:7 says "Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We are not called to directly combat Satan. Verse 8 tells us how we're supposed to resist: "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." It's not an easy fix, and it's not something that always happens instantly, but relief will come.
