ok I am running out of options, keeping hands busy, using red ink, using rubber band and squeezing ice. I am on the verge of cutting again.

How about being around other people? When you are around others it's tougher for you to get away and self harm. Find someone to play a game with you if you can. =)

They do. When I was in counseling my counselor and I came up with making bracelets to "reward" me for going a week without self-injury. I would get three beads to add to my bracelet each week and at 10 weeks I started another one and if i hamered that week I lost all of my beads and have to start over.Ive been out of counseling for a year now and I still do it and am proud to say that i havent had to return any beads. Its been REALLY hard at times but worth it.

That sounds really fun, I braid/weave/macromae bracelets. I don't like beads.. I can't do bead, I have really unsteady hands because I have parkinsons. I have lots of string in the house. So yea.
