Ashamed a poem may trigger

So i came across this poem while I was on the KHP site.
So I'll just post what I posted on the FB group.

I guess I'm going to have fun reading my posts from KHP which were like from 5 years ago. I counted on them alot. When my mom saw a commerical for their Walk so kids could talk commerical I decide lets see how much the site has changed and now it's a lot more interactive. I found a section where i have 7 pages of posts I guess I'll just read them and see how much my lifes changed since college I never used them in college but HS oh for sure. So wish me luck that I don't get too upset.I used Indigo for the poem because thats the colour it is on KHP.


Ashamed
I am ashamed at what I do sometimes
I hate that I hurt myself,friends and my family
I hate how I feel sometimes
I don't want to die
I hate the person I become when I hurt myself and the people I love
Its not a path I want go down
Just gotta remember a few things
breath in,breath out,music,write,love no matter what
Gotta stay strong
Gotta stay positive
No more negativity
I don't want to hurt myself anymore

I'm not even sure when I wrote it. I write stuff sometimes and don't remember how i was exactly feeling. I guess the writing is suppose to speak that. Here i can't remember if i was upset or something else.

sounds to me like you were ashamed. That is a feeling you know. Ashamed leads to being upset. So you could have been upset.
