I have no idea whats going on

ok I feel like i leaped to far in a hole that i can't get out. I don't know why either. I don't like this very low feeling.. I feel really depressed. I feel like i lost all energy and hope and will.. idk why either.

since saturday, i try not to think about it, i try to distract myself but its not easy

Proud of you for trying it'll not be easy that's why we need to fight for joy. It gets tiring and hard and it feels impossible to have joy sometimes and it's like there's no more energy left, but it is then God breaks through every tiredness and hopelessness and gives us joy and hope. It's hard to believe it, but I'm praying for ya and trusting that God's love will pierce through the darkness you are facing.

I know how you are feeling hun, I'm feeling the same way as well. *hugs* I just want you to remember that you are strong and you will beat this minor little set back. God is just testing your strength right now, cause he knows that you can climb right out of that hole of darkness. Depression can consume us, but if you use all your strength, it will never win. You always have God to turn to when you're feeling down. I've been trying to do the same thing. Just remember there's always light at the end of the tunnel, and soon you'll be feeling better as you are standing under the light of God's grace. You can beat this hun, we both can. I hope you feel better soon, always here to listen if you need. <3

i hate having those set backs i really do... you know yesterday morning i woke up screaming, and i don't know what i was having a nightmare about either... hmm kinda weird.. but i am ok I have no idea why i am up so early either I am still pretty tired.

That happened to me several times before! I would just pray about it then heed Paul's advice to rejoice always! Haha. For this is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it

Don't let that hinder you from God. let's guard our relationship with Him with all our might.
