Set free

Spreading my wings like a butterfly,
As i am being set free to fly high.
Out of Denial and into Gods amazing grace,
This is my day i am going to embrace.

The mighty warrior has been set free,
To be all God created me to be.
My wings are beautiful and strong,
I'm going to sing my life song.

I may stumble and i may fall,
But God's name is above all.
Free from the chains keeping me in fear,
The lies are fading and the truth i hear.

Jesus lives in my soul and in my heart
No one, nothing will keep us apart.
My wings were tattered and torn
But God used His love and now i am restored.

Life can get hard but God's in control for sure,
He's my strength, my hope and my life forever more.
So much for me to discover and so much to see
And i can surely say or scream, "I AM ME"

Its with all and everything that i am
I can reach up and take hold of His hand
I was once lost, torn and broken
But God saved me and so much has been spoken

Out of the darkeness into Gods light
I now know everything will be alright
