Have you ever sat
back and asked
yourself "is it
worth the pain you
are putting yourself
through?"

Is it really worth
causing your family
and friends the
pain you put them
through?

When I sat back
and realized how
much pain and hurt
i have caused to
everyone i loved
I cried

I have decided to
stop trying to
end my life
and cutting
after i have realized
all that.
